NEWS BRIEF

Crawford County Sheriff Kirk A. Wakefield states that on Monday, February 15^th, 2010 at approx. 12:45 pm, Crawford County Sheriff Deputies arrested a 42 year old (Grayling Man) on charges of Breaking and Entering.  This incident happened at a residence on State St. in the City of Grayling.

     The suspect was caught in the act by Deputies as he exited the residence from the back door.  The suspect was taken into custody without incident.  The suspect was found in possession of multiple prescription narcotics belonging to the homeowner.  Quick thinking by an observant neighbor who saw the suspicious man and notified police, lead to this arrest.

The suspect who was lodged at the Crawford County Jail, was currently out on bond on another similar incident.  If convicted, the suspect could face up to 15 years in prison.
